Exp Minima - Account Deletion

Exp Minima is developed by Karmatic Limited. Exp Minima allows users to create an optional Soul Net account for account continuity, backups, and online features.

Soul Net accounts are optional. If you have not created a Soul Net account, no account data exists to delete and no action is required.

How to request deletion

To request deletion of your Exp Minima / Soul Net account and associated account data, email [email protected] from the email address linked to your account with the subject:

“Exp Minima Account Deletion Request”

We may ask you to verify ownership of the account before deletion. Once verified, your Soul Net account will enter a 30-day pending deletion period.

30-day cancellation window

During the 30-day pending deletion period, you can still sign in to your Soul Net account as normal. Signing in does not cancel the pending deletion.

To cancel the deletion, you must either:

• Cancel the request from within the app: open Soul Net, then go to Support → Account Settings and cancel the pending deletion, or
• Email [email protected] from the email address linked to the account.

After the 30-day period ends, your account and associated account data are permanently deleted, except where we need to retain limited records for security, fraud prevention, legal, or operational reasons.

What is deleted

When your Soul Net account is deleted, the following personal data is permanently removed:

• Email address
• Securely hashed password
• Account identifiers
• Game backups (such as save progress and world state)
• Support history associated with your Soul Net account

What may be retained

A limited amount of anonymised or aggregated information, or records we are required to keep for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons, may be retained after deletion.

Local single-player progress is not affected

Deleting your Soul Net account does not delete your local single-player progress. Your offline game data remains on your device and you can continue playing Exp Minima without a Soul Net account.

Other ways to delete your account

You can also request deletion from within the app: open Soul Net, then go to Support → Account Settings → Delete Account.

Important

After the 30-day cancellation window has passed, deletion is permanent and irreversible. Your Soul Net backups cannot be restored.
